Cancellation: I require a minimum of 48 hours of notice to cancel an appointment. After the 48 hour window you will be required to pay 50% of the service total. For day of cancellation & no show appointment you will owe 100% of the service cost. Late Arrival: I allow my clients to have a 15 minute grace period but if a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment I may have to ask them to reschedule due to possibility of running behind. I completely understand that life & emergencies happen so feel free to reach out to me anytime this may occur for you.
